Cloning

Step 1: Have a strong Healthy Plant to take cuttings from

Step 2: Gather Supplies

You will to need make sure all your supplies are clean and sterlized, Use alcohol to wipe intsruments clean.

The supplies needed are:

*scissors or a razor

*Cloning Gel Or cloning Powder ( can be found for under 5 dollars at a hydroponic shop or online )

*a Medium to put your clone is such as Rockwool, Rooterplugs, Dirt etc… anything that will hold the cutting and allow roots to grow.

* cup with water to dip your cut clone in.

Step 2:

Take your sterile scissors or razor and cut off a node down near the main stalk of the plant at a 45 degree angle to leave a bigger
surface area for roots to come out.

Immediately dip your clone into the water to make sure no air flows up the freshly cut stem since it’s hollow and will kill your clone.

After you have dipped the clone in water dip the 45degree cut into your cloning gel or cloning powder.
( I have cloned without any powder or gel at all, Incase you cannot get any or have no money for it )

Once you have dipped the clone into the cloning gel or powder place it into your rock wool/Rooter plug/dirt etc. make sure
it’s nice and snuggle by pinching the surface area to hold in the clone without it wiggling around and possibly breaking
or air getting in and rotting the stem.

Once you have completely cut your clone you will need to place it into a plant/clone moisture dome which cost about 8 dollars at your local
hydroponic shop or hardware store.
( if you really cannot find a dome you can use a large clear tupperware with a lid and small holes.)

Make sure you keep the dome and your clones moist at all times of the day for the first week through two weeks.

You can place the light either 24 hours a day or 18 hours a day to root them, either way will work, if you need to save
money on electricity go with 18 hours a day. I recommend a flourscent bulb that is not to hot, And hid lamp will burn your clones.

After 1-2 weeks of misting your clones you should now see roots coming out the bottom, You will want to allow the roots to grow
a bit before putting them into your growing pot so that they will be strong so the plant won’t wilt and die once it hits
dry air since it’s used to being moist.

You have now completely and successfully cloned a Marijuana plant, By cloning your marijuana plant you can ensure you receive
a female plant or male plant everytime depending what tha parent sex was.

You will also receive the same marijuana buds as far as genes go but the phenotype could change depending on the enviroment
the plant is grown in.

Thank you !
